Who is Fotis Kiousenterlis

Fotis Kiousenterlis is a technology-driven entrepreneur working across hospitality marketing, consulting, e-commerce and energy technology. He is founder and CEO of Adigital Group and its three agencies: Adigital Hospitality Agency for hotels, Adigital Agency for e-shops and businesses, and AI Digital Agency, the first AI digital agency in Greece.

He founded Adigital in 2020 as a hospitality growth agency focused on increasing hotels' direct bookings. From there he built AI-driven workflow automation, scalable digital infrastructure and cross-functional teams across marketing, technology and client services, and led digital transformation for businesses adopting AI and data.

He is Chief AI Officer & Managing Partner of OneCard, an NFC digital identity platform with AI-generated profiles, Managing Partner & CMO of TwR Consulting since 2021, and Product Owner at the Centre for Renewable Energy Sources and Saving (CRES) since 2023, where he led the design of the nationwide monitoring platform for municipal micromobility programmes. He is also Founder & CEO of Adigital Traveller (AI travel planner) and Vardia (shift scheduling for food service).

Before becoming an entrepreneur he worked at PwC in digital security audits for large organisations, at Nokia Greece, and as a payroll accountant for 120 companies. He studied Management Science and Technology at the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB), Management and Computer Science at the University of Turin, holds a Professional Diploma in Digital & Social Media Marketing from Knowcrunch, and an Executive MBA from Hult International Business School in London (2026).

On YouTube he teaches AI in Greek, aiming to become the go-to reference for professionals who want to learn AI properly. He created his own Greek frameworks for using AI well, such as ΡΟΛΟΣ (ROLOS) for writing prompts, ΒΑΛΕ, ΠΑΜΕ and ΣΤΟΦΑ.
